After a cold start to the week, the Denver area will see slightly warmer temperatures with a high of 50 degrees Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.
It could be windy in some areas with gusts up to 17 mph. The low Wednesday is expected to drop to 22 degrees.
Thursday will be similar with a high of 48, sunny skies and a low of 25 degrees, the NWS in Boulder reported. Friday will be slightly warmer with a high of 56 degrees and a low of 33.
On Saturday there is a 20% chance of rain and snow before 11 a.m. before skies are expected to clear. The National Weather Service predicts a high of 58 and a low around 33 degrees.
Sunday will follow the mild-weather trend with a high of 52 and a low of 28 degrees.
